Concept & NDA
It starts with a conversation and a mutual NDA. Send a drawing, a CAD file, or just a description of the part and the program. Jon Novitt reviews every RFQ personally and responds within one business day.
A defined prototype-to-production path that de-risks each step before the next investment — and keeps engineering, tooling, and the forming floor in the same building.

Engineering returns design-for-manufacture feedback within five business days, then mills a prototype or bridge tool in-house — no outside-vendor queue between a released drawing and the first formed part.
The prototype tool forms a first article, inspected to print for draw, wall thickness, and fit. You see a real part, in your material, before the program commits to production tooling.
Once the part is proven, the program scales to production tooling and runs on the same floor — formed, trimmed on CNC, finished, assembled, inspected, and shipped production-ready, on time.
Upload your drawing or describe the program. NDA-friendly. We review every RFQ ourselves — response within 1 business day.
