Services
OEM-grade engineering support from drawing to production. DFM feedback comes back fast, and the same team carries the program from first concept to shipped component.
What engineering support does ThermoFloe provide?
ThermoFloe provides OEM-grade engineering support across the program: design-for-manufacture (DFM) review, CAD and tooling design, material selection, and a structured prototype-to-production path. DFM feedback returns within five business days, and the same engineering team carries the part from concept through first article to production.
Engineering Services, explained
Thermoforming success is decided in design. Draft angles, radii, wall distribution, undercuts, and material choice determine whether a part forms cleanly and holds tolerance. ThermoFloe's engineers review every drawing for manufacturability and return DFM feedback within five business days.
From there, the same team owns CAD, tooling design, and material selection, and runs the part through a defined path: concept and NDA, prototype tooling, first article, and production. Because engineering and the floor are one operation, design intent and what the machine actually does never drift apart.
Choosing the right process
Engineering that sits next to the forming floor closes the loop between design intent and manufacturable reality.

Questions OEM engineers ask
How fast is your DFM feedback?
Within five business days of receiving your drawing, including manufacturability review and any recommended design changes for forming, draw, and tolerance.
Do you help with material selection?
Yes. Material selection is part of the engineering review — matching the polymer to structural, cosmetic, temperature, and regulatory requirements for the application.
Can you work from our CAD, or do you design the part?
Both. ThermoFloe works from released OEM CAD and drawings, and can support or lead part and tooling design where the program needs it.
What is the prototype-to-production path?
Concept and NDA, in-house prototype tooling, inspected first article, then scaled production tooling and production — a defined sequence that de-risks each step before the next investment.
Will you sign an NDA before we share drawings?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard at the start of every program, before any drawing or CAD is exchanged.
Send us the part. We'll tell you how to build it.
Upload your drawing or describe the program. NDA-friendly. We review every RFQ ourselves — response within 1 business day.
